As part of our outreach, the project team would like to hear from Rowlett residents, business and property owners, and any other interested persons who use or interact with this code. You are invited to provide input regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the Rowlett Development Code (RDC) and the Form-Based Code (FBC), as well as recommendations for how to improve those regulations.
